unfair tactics regarding insurance claim

<p>it is always an exceptable fact being a good client for a company for the past 13 years and paying my premiums promptly, i find it odd to except the fact that when it comes to claiming for an incident, the company refuses to pay out but rather wishes to refund premiums already paid.</p> <p>according to my understanding i think this is unfair business practice and would like to inform the public not to get carried away with cheap premiums?????????????????????</p> <p>as when it comes to paying ???????????? the company always look for excuses not to honour their agreement?????????????</p> <p>and than prefer you to be without insurance????????????</p> <p>outsurance as the name goes....................</p> <p>disatisfied with outcome???????????????</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
