Unfair repudiation of claim

Good Day All, If ever you are in accident with an OUTsurance client and they are at fault I will suggest they pay you on the scene or take their car because their Liability department will find all means not to pay the claim. We submitted a 3rd party claim and was told our statement and their client's statement are conflicting and they requested a witness which we gave them and they still rejected the claim, we asked for their client's AR number and statement and they never gave us but we gave them all they wanted, so the question is who ****, is their client or liabilities department/Sinethemba Zangqa. Outsurance needs to work on facts and evidence provided and simply pay out our claim. We are preparing to take this matter to twitter as we want their client to know this about their insurance.
