UNFAIR REBATE ON CANCELLATION OF CAR INSURANCE POLICY

I have been an OUTsurance customer for over 1 years and this year on 5 January 2023 i decided to terminate my car insurance policy with them due to increase high insurance premium they were charging me. On the 08 January 2023 my car insurance policy was finally terminated. I was paid unfairly rebate of R640.00 calculated using pro-rata basis which was not anticipated for since cancellation took place 1st week of the month. Before I turn to Hellopeter I have exhausted all possible avenue to contact them but with no reply to my query. May you please intervene and liaison with OUTsurance to established why was I short-charged by this reputable company for my rebate.
