UNFAIR POLICY CANCELLATION
I have been an Outsurance customer for years and last year they canceled my policy with them because my husband had his policy canceled by miway after his bakkie was ******. they just decided to cancel my policy without trying to understand why miway canceled my husband's policy. This is unfair short term insurers are reaping people off and nothing is done about it.
