Unfair Offer,expected Offer R60000

Goodmorning I have a problem with Outsurance on the 17th of August I had an accident in Sandton white woman drove into my car and my car was written off I submitted a claim on Outsurance they gave me an offer of R34000 and I told them I'm not accepting their offer it's insulting to me and the next day the lady called me and said they are reviewing their offer to R42 660 I'm still not accepting this offer,I have been treated unfair and no investigation where done no expert Outsurance send to see if in the time of accident did I app**** brakes not to come and tell me I was 30%wrong and later they changed it to 25%wrong that not professional,they need to prove to the court of law that I was 30%wrong.
