Unfair Judgement on my claim

<p>I was bumped from the back by an Outsurance client...when I put in a claim as third party Outsurance refuse to pay for damages sustained. Their reasoning for them not wanting to be liable for the damages doesn't make sense because their client accept that he bumped me.</p>
