Unfair Interrogation
I recently made a claim to Outsurance for a watch that has gone missing. I mixed up the dates of the incident, instead of validating the claim, I am being interrogated by the investigator and being treated like a ******** for an incident that actually occurred. I would not recommend Outsurance to anyone!
