Unfair insurance
I took a home insurance with outsurance and it happend to be floods in Alberton and my house was also flooded and i claimed to outsurance they paid me .and the house that a bought i dodn't know how old was it.The geyser burst and the told me they couldnt help me i bought it myself and after that they paid me and pipes burst they said i need to pay the access of R10 000 till today im fixing my pipes piece by piece and today my geyser has burst they told me they cant help me because i need to pay R10.000 access im paying them evwrymonth then why am i paying them if they cant help me when i am in trouble im heartbrokem
