UNFAIR CLAIM OUTCOME-***

I insured an item with them however i lost the item and i claimed . However all checks and balances were done then they requested every documantation the needed to get proper evaluations how ever the amount i ensured my item was a R18000 because i new prices would change and to suprise i was paid R12140 which there replacer told them and the retail price from the replacer was the same amount insured my item. My question is how did the insurer price the item based on a picture for R12k yet they did not even see the item physically,whereas my evaluator had the item physically and came to that price. Because of there relations we the replacer they under valued my item for ther benefit. I am totally not happy with the service
