Unfair claim denial ***

<p>I was involved in an accident where an Outsurance insured driver hit my car from behind after traffic slowed down at the freeway - even after swerving to avoid the accident!</p> <p>when he got out of his car, he mentioned his brakes failed him. He admitted it was his fault and provided us with his insurance details to claim. </p> <p>Outsurance refuted our claim with an explanation that there was nothing their driver could have done as 'there was a pool of water' which affected his driving. We explained to them this wasn't the case as it had just started drizzling but they refuse to listen. They won't even escalate our matter to someone with a mandate to make a decision. They insist we have to prove that their driver's version of the story is untrue.</p>
