Unfair claim by outsurance client - Mrs AJ Britz

On 18/5/2021 I reversed out of one of my entrances, and while I was going into the (2nd) lane in our street, there was no direct vehicles behind me, a few meters in, a vehicle hit me from the rear. She hit my bakkie so hard the chassis bent , damage at the back and lhs rear, her damage front and rf. She told me sorry she could not see with the sun shining in her eyes and she was going to fast. She admitted it in front of a witness to which I have an avidavit for. She said it was her fault. Then she told Outsurance I reversed straight in front of her which I did not. My witnesses were in the yard. I Want to Log a complaint against outsurance. They did not investigate. I even have voice notes from the breakdown services who towed her vehicle that he said it was not my fault and it was the lady in the hyundai's fault. I need someone to look into the matter. Please She is lying. In this street there is a lot of accidents cause the people coming over the bridge speeds and they make a second lane in a one lane. She blocked my no. I know she is wrong she admitted it.
