Unfaily treated

I had a very terrible and nasty ordeal with Outsurance. I was insured with them for 13 months. When my son was involved in an accident that was caused though the negligent of the other driver which made a dangerous u turn while my son had the right of way. When Outsurance had to pay out they instead say that I misrepresent therefore they are not going to pay out. The was not willing to pay me out and claim it back from Hollard instead the want to give me a letter saying that I requested to end my contract with them where as I asked them a rejection letter so that I can claim from Hollard. My vehicle is a wright off, because it is not viable to repair as the cost to repair is to much. I think Outsurance failed me in the sense that did stick to their agreement to insure me in the event of an accident .especially when it was not my fault to begin with. They invade my privacy by going and interviewing my neighbors whom I don't associate with to discussed my private and confidential information with them. I will not recommend them to my worse enemy. I am every so sorry I took them as an insurance company. They are all **** and lies .After 3 months I am still without a vehicle and I must still pay the bank every month.I don't think it is fair towards me.
