Unexplained debits

My complaint is with regards to Claim ********** 14. My issue is with the rental car .I've been debited 2 amounts of R114 which no one can explain . Avis sent me an email indicating a rental charge of R121.50 .The copy of the contract I have indicates a rental amount of R74.78 .I spoke to Katlego Brandsel this morning and emailed her a screen shot of the amounts debit . Katlego sent me a detailed invoice indicating e toll charge of R121.50 but there's was no no explanation of the two amounts of R114 . I need someone to explain what exactly I've been debited for . I used the rental to travel from Silverton to Pretoria Cbd , Muelmed hospital to be exact and between Mamelodi and Silverton. As far as I know there are no etolls on the routes I used. There's a discrepancy between the Invoice Avis emailed me and the invoice sent to me by Katlego .

I tried to call Katlego the entire day today on ********** but the line does not go through, it says the number has changed or is no longer in use. Emails to her are also being returned. Would someone please sort this matter out.
