Unexpected wind fall from Outsurance

<p>I am writing this as a very happy customer. I had an accident more thatn 2 years ago and the lady that drove into me accepted responsibility for the accident but refused to pay the excess. Yesterday I got an unexpected call to say they have recovered my excess and that they will be paying it back to me!! You can imagine how happy I was. </p> <p>Really want to commend Outsurance on their great customer service!!</p>
