UNEXPECTED CHRISTMAS GIFT FROM OUTSURANCE

<p>I was absolutely thrilled and completely surprised today when I received a call from the Outsurance Legal Department to say that they had recovered my excess from an accident at the end of August. I never expected to see that money again. Thanks to the tenacity of MATLHATSI HOOPER they will be refunding my money today. What a great and unexpected Christmas Gift.</p>
