Do not trust Outsurance when they give you a better premium if you decide to move to another insurance. I have stayed with them following a quote from Discovery that was much cheaper, they negotiated a more expensive but I decided to stay anyway. Six months later they increased the policy and upon inquiring they said there is not much they can do and gave a bit of a discount. If I had gone with Discovery I would not have this increase and now I have to go through the hassle of getting a quote again from Discovery.
