Disgusted by the fact that Outsurance has increased the excess on power surge from R500 to R4500. We had a lightning strike on the actual unit, surely this should not count towards the power surge excess that Outsurance has implemented due to load shedding as this is not a common occurrence. It is not worth paying a premium every month and not being able to claim With that being said, I will be moving away all my policies and sharing this on several social media platforms to get others moved away from them too prior to other customers having to go through this. It is now my duty to have Outsurance lose as many customers possible, which should be achievable.
