********* manipulation of a claim
I would like to review Outsurance for their poor assistance in resolving a matter which included an accident (on 12 September 2018) between their client and myself.
All of the evidence as required by Outsurance was submitted, with both parties' statements. It seems unfortunate that in the weeks that followed, it became clear that Outsurance was going to try all means possible to intimidate both parties and manipulate the situation in order to refrain from settling the claim.
The manner in which Ousurance has handled the claim is unacceptable as it is unprofessional and ********* to manipulate technicalities to try and avoid resolving the claim. Outsurance's client is paying for a service they are CLEARLY denying to render.
Outsurance is refusing to settle the claim even though we clearly indicated to them (telephonically and in police affidavit) in no uncer*****y what happened on the day of the accident. I was contacted by 3 different indiviuals on behalf of Outsurance's Legal department (whom investigated the claim), and the outcome of three different versions of the order of events leading to the accident and damages, is that I need to provide either CCTV footage or an independent witness if I want to "prove" that they need to settle the claim.
I also have recordings of telecomms between the client and myself, as well as Outsurance's officials to support the fact that Outsurance has been manipulating the order of events as originally presented by the client. All in order to deviantly avoid settling the claim.
It is undeniable to experience that Outsurance is discriminating against me by refusing to resolve this matter in the proper and appropriate manner. All of their findings seem bias and only in the favor of their company. None of the initial evidence and statements seems to carry any credit with their company.
The client and I are now in a very uncomfortable position as she has indicated from the start that her will was for Outsurance to settle the claim on her behalf, and now she has been "advised" (instructed and prohibited) by Outsurance to correspond with me in order to settle this.
This is highly *********, manipulative and unprofessional, and I would like this matter to be addressed and sorted as soon as possible.
Firstly, please accept our apologies for the belated response.
Our liability claims management team has been in contact with you on more than once occasion.
It was discussed with you yesterday that the recordings don't give any useful information. We will be contacting the incident driver again and will provide you with feedback once done.

Dinky
