Unbelievable service

<p>In a country where we have become accustomed to poor service delivery and overall bad service, Outsurance is surely a light at the end of the tunnel. Similarly, given that we as clients are generally hasty to complain but reluctant to appreciate and commend professional service, I'm obligated to share my pleasing experience during an ordeal.</p> <p>On Friday, 17 February my car broke down at my place of work in Malmesbury, 63 km from my home. I called the call centre and a gentleman by the name of Godfrey Molefe assisted me. What was so profound, and pleasantly surprising, was the manner and sincerity in which Godfrey assisted me and kept me informed until my car was towed in. Even the service provider that was contracted by Outsurance to assist me was extremely professional. Fast forward to Tuesday 21 February 2017, again I called in to the call centre and my call was transferred to a gentleman by the name of Andre Madurai, again the same level of professionalism and courtesy was offered to my query. I want to commend the staff members of Outsurance for ensuring that I was assisted during this ordeal, I also want to commend them for enlightening me about the benefits of my cover. I further want to commend Outsurance as an organisation for setting such high standards of service delivery and for putting the clients first.
