Unbelievable response

I filed a claim with regards to one of outsurances' clients who drove into my car , I filed a accident report to the police station and I gave them all the necessary information with regards to this whole case , in return I get a call from a rude consultant from outsurance stating that unfortunately they are unable to pay as it was MY fault , and also because the statement THEIR client gave differs from my statement, there is evidence stating that THEIR client gave the wrong information yet they accuse me of lying about what happened, also the consultant claims that the damage on my car is \\not as bad: as the damage on their clients car which is utter nonsense as my car is UNDRIVALE where as their clients car has a few dents in the bonnet. I am shocked by the service I received from a suppose to be professional insurance company but instead they treat me like I am a fool and I have no idea what is going on but I am no idiot to things like this i know when people are trying to fool me. I was treated with utter disrespect from Kutlwano over the phone I am offended and disgusted by what you call \service\\\"\".!!!!! This matter is still not resolved i expect a phone cal ASAP!!!\"\"\""
