Unauthorized Policy Activation
I am deeply upset about the *****ulent activation of a policy without my consent.
Upon reviewing my account, I discovered that the quotation I received during the purchase of a new vehicle in December 2024, which I did not accept, was activated. Since then, over R5,000.00 has been debited from my account, leaving me with double coverage that I never agreed to.
I am requesting immediate cancellation of the unauthorized policy, and a full refund of the debited amount!!!
