Unauthorized enquiries with transunion

Received an enquiry notification from Transunion logged by Carol Phosho from outsurance without an communications regarding their product with them.This is the second enquiry from outsurance. I spoke to Carol she promised to come back but never .At the stage Im trying to put my life together by avoiding any listing with credit should be a hardor soft enquiry i dont want it .

I did not call or male any enquiry related tp insurance with Caroline Phosho in Centurion office.
