Unauthorized deduction

<p>On the 18 may 2016 an amount of r127.38 was deducted from my bank account, that was unauthorised. At no time was i informed that a change to my drivers licence will influence my premium. Im not in possession of a professional driver permit and not either driving bigger than code 08 (car,ldv etc).</p> <p>But im being "charged" for it without being informed of the implication.</p> <p>Varoius telephonic enquiries and through the email system was fruitless. No answer forthcoming.</p> <p>Kindly investigate and supply me with written feedback.</p>
