Unauthorized Debit Orders

<p>Outsurance is an *********** insurer that cannot abide by their own word. Last week after purchasing a vehicle I contacted Outsurance to add the vehicle to my policy. The call center agent informed me that they will be debiting R140 from account the next day. To my surprise they debited almost R800 and now it's becoming a hassle to get the money back. This is completely unacceptable!</p>
