Unauthorized debit order
I totally don't understand how you guys work. I did only request for quote for my father and I did mention to the consultant that he will not take the insurance but you guys debited the money from his account for what?

We have listened to the call that our sales advisor had with your father and have identified that cover was accepted. We have now cancelled his cover and the premium has been refunded. Our client care department was in contact with you regarding your policy and we are happy that you have decided to stay with us as a client and apologize for the misunderstanding. Regards OUTsurance
