Unauthorized debit order and not advised
I am so surprised 😳 I logged on into my banking app to find out that you guys have started debiting my account,I don't have the vehicle as yet I never signed for it it is still at the garage I rejected the car and vw was supposed to advise you that I did and I am waiting for another car which is not here yet but why did you send an unauthorized debit order yesterday no one advised that a some of 927 must be paid immediately,I need to know why you place a debit order yesterday and even on the new car how am I supposed to trust you if you behave like this I am new and already disappointed you are charging me for a car I refused and never took
