Unauthorized debit order

Last month I called Outsurance for an insurance quotation to compare insurance premiums. I followed to tell them I will not be going ahead with their insurance cover. The following month (today), I get an sms telling Outsurance has debited my account. Their offices are closed for public holiday. The insurance sales person mentioned to me insurance only starts when I have taken my car for inspection, I didn't go for inspection.
