Unauthorized car insurance
In September I made quotations from different insurance companies. Outsurance was very expensive I did not accept their offer. To my surprise +R2000 was out of my account. I want my money back to my account

Further to our private reply to you , we received confirmation from our sales manager that the call had been audited.
You fully agreed for the cover to start. We therefore did not debit your account with your prior authorisation, which we again stress would have been a very serious service transgression.
Your policy is cancelled and you reversed the payment.
