Unauthorised Premium Deductions By Outsurance!

In October of 2016 I made a call to outsurance requesting a quote, I made no commitment with them after receiving the quote.Tonight I was reviewing some of my bank statements and I was shocked to find out that on that month end they deducted R3873.63c and R879.01 from my bank account without my consent. The sad thing is that I remember getting a notification from my bank about a bounced debit order in December 2016 and was surprised because I had no relationship with outsurance, when I called them to inquire about what was going on the call center agent said they had made a mistake on their part and no money had been deducted by the company. The quote I had made was for a vehicle I hadn't even bought yet, how do you deduct insurance premiums for something that doesn't even exist. I called asking for help and a recording of the conversation between me and their salesperson but was never given either. Thanks Outsurance... So what about my money?
