Unauthorised policy activation

<p>2 months ago I made a car insurance quote with OUTsurance and the amount was R1536.14. I was tokd that i will be given time to think about it until early august and shall be contacted to confirm if indeed I will activate the insurance. I never contacted OUTsurance to activate it and nor did they did the same. I was shocked to find that my money had been taken on the 1 august and I had never approved this. I am still waiting for OUTsurance to return my money after I was told the call needs to be audited,this is really unfair and I am disgusted at their service. It is for that reason I have chosen an alternative insurance company and not OUTsurance!</p> <p> </p>
