Unauthorised debit order amount
Really not happy with outsurance. An amount 200 more than my authorised debit order amount went off my account and I've been trying to contact and request for outsurance to contact me, to no avail!
They 'tried' calling me yesterday and immediately hung up when I answered, after which, this morning, I received an sms stating they've attempted to contact me.
I am not happy at all with this lackluster service.
I want me refund immediately

There are a variety of factors that will influence a premium increase at rerate stage such as claims, inflationary adjustments etc. Our client services team reviewed your premium and you were happy with their assistance.
