unauthorised debit order

i purchased a new Eco sport ambiente.I requested quotes from the said company.I declined the first quote.then nomusa called me.she reassed my quote,and on our conversation she kept saying she was confused.I did not inform her that i was taking the insurance but would read the quote before deciding.On thursday i called the callcentre and informed them I was not intereted after speaking to Audrey,she transfered me to a supervisor who in turn transfered me to Tanaleen.She also gave a quote and I informed her I would read through it before making my decision.I read through it and sent her various emails of which she did not respond to informing her i was not interested.On friday Nomusa called and I informed her I was not interested and had found other company.On Friday a debit order of R431,22 was taken from my account.saturday i called chris explained to him,he said my refund would be processed between 22h00 and 00hoo saturday evening.I told him I needed my cash back asap.he requested a bank statement to see the debit of which i sent him.he said he would speak to his manager to try and refund asap.as i checked my statement this morning,sunday,I have not been refunded.i need your help
