Unauthorised Debit

I have cancelled by policy with outsurance, which was deducting R128,00 from my account. After speaking to a financial advisor at OUTSURANCE she assured me that it was cancelled and a specific amount will be returned to my account. Two days later, I receive a notice from my account which states that money an amount of R128,00 has been deducted from my account but I realised that more than 1000 was deducted. Its ruining my budget and I feel violated finacially. Im dissapointed in how they handle this and I will never do business with themnanymore
