Unacceptible claim denied

We were involved in a vichle accident on 1 December 2019 with an Outsurance client. Even after he admitted to the accident being his fault and even drawing himself on the SAPS accident report how he turned infront of us at the crossing. Somehow Outsurance has found that we were the guilty party as we hit their clients vichle in the crossing swerving out. It is impossible to come to a dead stop with in a crossing when a vichle turns infront of you. We also have a witness that was driving behind us who saw the outsurance client turn infront of us. My vichle has real damage to it and I want it to sorted. Best is that the Outsurance client **** to you that he was in the turn at the crossing when we collided as he also didn't tell you he stalled his vichle in the crossing trying to gear back. He drawed on the accident report at the SAPS station himself the accident admitting his fault and then my claim gets denied??
