Unacceptable response and attitute

I put in a *** and at 1st my vehicle was assessed with damages of R42783.62 and more damages were found and the 2nd assessment shot up to R79729.39. Obviously to my surprise I will need an explanation as I was now told my vehicle is written off and that if the damages were an est. R3500 less, my vehicle would get repaired. At 1st I wanted to get a private assessor as I did not understand where the additional damages came from. Then I was told that Outsurances' assessor will be considered over mine meaning I would be wasting money, est R4500 on an asssessor whose report will only be looked at. On the 15/05, I received pic of the damages to my vehicle and when I asked of the fuel tank, which is meant to be replaced, I was told by Lerato on email to find an assessor and have him look at the vehicle. Now why can't Outsurance tell me what damages are to the fuel tank like they did other parts that need to be replaced?<br> All in all, I am not at all impressed with Outsurance and their lack of proper customer service because the attitude I have been receiving simply says 'your car is written off, now deal with it!'<br> i need my questions to be answered and not get attitude.
