Unacceptable payout
Outcome of a third party claim On the 23 of April I was in a car accident and the person who has drove into me has summit a claim. On behalf of the outcome I am the person with the biggest lost they claim to be that I was also at fault when their client said his eye sight is no longer good at night . My car is a right off and they want to pay me only a R18 137 where the value of my car is more. I would like to know why they can’t pay my full value of my car when their client is at fault.
