Unacceptable Behavior - OUTsurance PointsMan

On the 28 March 2023 at 17h20, I was stuck in afternoon traffic, on the Cnr of Old JHB Road and Godiva Road, Centurion. While I was edging closer to the red robot, I didn't realise that the OUTsurance points people where directing the traffic because the cars in front obscure the vision of who is in the middle of the road. So I briefly came to a stop once I reached the red robot, only to have the OUTsurance PointsMAN yell at me to "GO! GO! GO, ****er". I am appalled at the low, almost retarded standards you find acceptable in staff that you place as your public representatives. This sort of behavior is completely unacceptable and I do not what a written reply but a phone call from some one to discuss this matter, as trust me when I tell you that I expect this employee to be reprimanded and not allowed to engage with the public further. If this matter is not resolved, I will be tacking my complaint to a more vocal and louder platform.
