Unable to give a simple insurance estimate!!

All I asked for is a rough estimate of what it will cost me to ensure a motorcycle for my son who will be getting his learners license next month. After going through the 50 questions and finding out that he does not yet have his learners, I was told that it is impossible to give me an insurance quote for him. I do not expect a formal binding quote - all I want to know is if I can afford to buy the motorcycle knowing that for a new driver the premium will be high - how high? Apparently even Outsurance have no clue!!
