Unable to get my car insurance re-activated

I was promised a call to reinstate my car insurance but no one called me and whenever i log a callback request with my numbers on it, they keep calling my partner who is the primary driver of the vehicle. I am the account holder and the car owner and i once updated my information so that whenever there is issue i am the one who is contacted but this has not been the case, I have been trying for weeks now!
