Unable to get a hold of Outsurance
Good day
I am struggling to get a hold of Outsurance with regards to my policy. Whenever I request a call back from them, I get a SMS saying they are unable to get a hold of me. Which is not possible as my contact number is correct. I have tried to call them numerous times on all their possible numbers, the call just gets cancelled. Please assist me.
