Unable to claim on my behalf

On 13 May 2011 my car was hit by another car while I was at the stop sign waiting for another car which had a right of way to take off . Outsurance paid for the repairs and I paid access of R3500.00. Outsurance promised to claim back the money on my behalf. Outsurance stopped communication with me after I cancelled my contract with them due to poor service to date I haven't heard anything from Outsurance. I've submitted all the necessary documents to Outsurance.
