*****ulent Transactions
I have taken far too long in voicing my concern which has been eating me up inside and I’ve decided to try get answers to my questions which I originally asked and was brushed off some Years Back. So the Story goes as follows I caused a slight fender bender in a strip mall some Years ago and have been paying off the Original Invoice Debt obviously which includes interest! However I strongly believe that this was a *****ulent Assessment as well as a *****ulent Invoice. As I was the One that Caused the fender bender I believe it was my Right to get Outside Quotes on Repair of said other Vehicle, when I called to get the information of the other cars owner I was told that everything was done in-house and sent an Invoice. I was taken aback at the Price as well as the Attitude of OUTSURANCE, I have the Original photo of the fender bender and have spoken with many Pannelbeater who Categorically state that I was taken for a ride. To have my Bumper repaired at the Time cost me R200. So something smells like a Rat. And I’ve been paying for YEARS NOW. And this needs to be resolved and strongly believed that OUTSURANCE Owes me Money for conducting a *****ulent transaction.
Thank you for giving our legal team the opportunity to address your concerns.
Lienkie our legal manager contacted you to discuss the matter in detail. The accident happened in April 2016, and at the time of the incident our client’s vehicle was a 2015 model and still within the warranty period. We referred our client to one of our service providers which is also approved by Honda, to ensure the repairs do not have a negative effect on our client’s warranty. Lienkie also advised you that we waived the interest amount based on your financial circumstances.
We know that you were satisfied with the feedback that Liekie provided to you.
