*****ulent not cancellation a policy as per customer requests
Customer: SEPHOKWANE DEBORAH MONAMA ***
My mom has been calling for the past month, requesting that Outsurance cancel her policy as she found another with better premiums and benefits. Your agents Teboho Khanyile, Veronica and Zandile failed to action the cancellation request for Sephowane. This is ***** as they are getting commission for a retention that is meant to be a cancellation.
Sephowane Monama will be taking further action should this policy remain active.
