u dont always get something out with outsurance

My second report for a house *******/car jacking that occurred on 7 april 2015.The previous person lerato, the apparent 'claims manager' was pathetic.everyone at outsurance keeps giving me sympathy but I dont need that, I need my claim to be paid. I will keep posting complaints every week until I get positive feedback. yes we cancelled out n about cover, but the incident happened at the place insured, the claim has to be paid in full.My claim is valid. Lerato emailed me to say that we were insured at road 730 house 1, which is where the ******* occurred. Now she says that the claim statement has a different address and the claim will still not be paid. if people at saps cant spell, thats not my problem. Iv asked for a senior person fo assist further, but no contact has been made.i have my affidavit and police report confirming where the incident occurred, why cant outsurance get the proper information. Even if the 6 police officers that were present that night can go back to the property and verify the incorrect addres was captured on the claim? Outsurance is just looking for excuses not to pay.people take insurance for cover, but outsurance is just another ****!
