Typing error?!
After 5 years of insurancre at Outsure. We received a call from them, indicating that our house, wort R2, 5 mil, is only insured for R2!!! Bad typing error that could cost us a lot of money!!

Our client care manager, Caro was in contact since. She confirmed the amount was incorrectly captured by the advisor initially but also stressed should a claim have been submitted before we finally corrected the value, we would have honoured the claim, as this was our mistake.
