Two Months later and still No R 400

Outsurance could not beat my current premium on my vehicle. Outsurance promised to send me a mail with a link so that they could give me R 400 which they pay you for your time if your current premiums can't be beaten with outsurance, They sent the mail, and even confirmed with a phone call my details. The guy told me within 10 working days it will be paid out. it has been two (2) months now and I still did not receive the R 400 from Outsurance.
