Two examples of superb service in one day!

My car's battery was flat and called the OUTsurance roadside assist. The service was superb. Chantelle Fourie with whom I dealt phoned me back to give me updates at least 4 times and later to ask whether the matter had been resolved. Truly professional & friendly. Thank you.
