Trying to update my details with NO RESPONSE!!
I'm trying to change my details with you via email after I got married however but no one is getting back to me.
Even my Address is incorrect on my statements.
I'm keeping this on record. If my details doesn't get updated on your side, I will NOT take responsibility for incorrect details and security checks.
Note that I've never experienced any problems with Outsurance. Not sure what happened to you customer service.
