Trying to prevent a claim

Outsurance is a bunch of FOOLS!!!! We're trying to PREVENT a claim by requesting assistance with regards to our neighbours crumbling boundry wall. Outsurance's Legal dept wants us to put in a claim for something that does not belong to us for TRACKING purposes, which would, at the same time, cost us an excess, if nothing else! We have received advise from our local municipality/building inspector with regards to this issue. They have suggested that we approach our insurance to circumvent further problems and issues. However, no help is forthcoming...will Outsurance compensate us for the loss or injury of our children and or animals...? And if so, what kind of price do you put on your heart's treasures...?!
