<p>On 20 June 2016, at around 08h45, I called OUTSURANCE and spoke to a lady named DESORINE BEDWELL, that I can only discribed as VERY PROFESSIONAL.<br />Firstly she listened to me as a customer and made me feel at ease.<br />Secondly, seeing that something like this never happened to me, she processed to advise me as to what should happen next.<br />I have been with other insurances and heard lot of negative feedback about insurances especially OUTSURANCE but take it from me, WITH PROFESSIONAL EXPERT'S LIKE DESORINE your outlook and perceptions about OUTSURANCE will change.<br />It gives me the feeling that she really values her customers and thrives to satisfy their needs as professionally as possible.
